The treatment lasts 2 and a half months (75 days), shared, with visits to the office and another part from home: In the office, cleanings are carried out twice the first week and then they will return every other week; In the house, carry out daily cleaning.

• Excellent hand washing is important
• Avoid rubbing your eyes
• Wash sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels in very hot water to kill mites.
• Use a separate towel for your face and another for your body, for personal use.
• In women, it is recommended to change makeup, as it could be contaminated with mites.
• Apply ACAR CLEAN (Anti-mite) on the mattress, pillows, sofa, cushions with which you have had contact.
• If you have pets, take them to the vet to give them a dose of dewormer.
• It is recommended that family members undergo cleanings if they find cylinders on the eyelids.
• In the fourth session, the patient is reviewed again, and according to the results, it will be recommended to continue with the treatment or not.

To perform the treatment at home:

• Apply IVERMENTINA OFTHALMICA 0.06%,
  OINTMENT # 1 Tube.
• The patient is given a kit that includes:
  SPRAINER T4-0: 30 sachets with wet towels and
  gel glasses.
• QUANOX or KINOX (Ivermectin at 0.6%): 1 bottle.

With SPRAINER T4-0 wipes, cleanse your eyebrows and eyelashes from the inside out every day, constantly, for two months, according to the instructions given in the first session.
NOTE: The box lasts 30 days.

The patient must purchase the second box. Apply to the edge of the eyelids, both eyes IVERMENTINA OFTALMICA 0.06%, OINTMENT # 1 Tube, within hours of the
night from the first day of treatment.

NOTE: IVERMENTINA should be applied one drop for every kilo of weight. The first dose on the day the procedure begins and the second after 30 days. Ex: if the patient weighs 70 kg, the dose will be 70 drops.
