2. Users who attend Outpatient Consultation services must enter the institution alone. Patients under 18 years of age and over 50 years of age, or those with special needs, may enter with an adult.

4. Avoid direct contact with other people, do not shake hands or kiss and maintain a safe distance.
5. Wash your hands before entering the institution and use antibacterial gel when entering the headquarters (this guideline is mandatory)
6. Upon admission, your temperature will be taken to verify your health status. If your temperature is above 38° Celsius, your consultation will be rescheduled.
